I would like to thank Nolan Propane for their quick response and outstanding customer service. My central air stopped working last night, and when I called this morning, they had a technician at my house by 2:30 PM.

The technician was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. As a single mom, there are still many things about home maintenance that I'm learning. He showed me what I need to do to properly maintain my HVAC system, explained how often I should change the filters, and demonstrated how to clean the outdoor unit.

I told him I've owned my home since 2020 and had never done some of these maintenance tasks before. Instead of simply fixing the problem and leaving, he took the time to teach me and answer my questions. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help were truly appreciated.

Thank you, Nolan Propane, for not only providing fast service but for employing people who genuinely care about helping their customers. This experience gave me faith that there are still good people out there willing to take the time to help others understand and learn.
